Business Payments

As authorized by City Council Resolution No. 2023-9229, a 2% transaction fee is applied to debit/credit
card payments, and a $1 fee applied to e-check payments. If you prefer to pay by check or cash, log in to
your account below and print your renewal notice. The completed and signed notice must be submitted with
your payment, and administrative fees will differ for non-online payments.

Paying by check or cash does not automatically switch back to receiving hard copies. If you wish to not
receive electronic notifications in the future, please send an email to smbusinesslicense@sanmarcosca.gov to
notify business license staff of this change.
